Terms and Conditions: Wholesale Program
Thank you for your interest in Dekorasyon Gifts and Décor! The following information is intended to assist you in buying and ordering our products. If you have any questions or require further assistance, we are standing by to answer your questions or provide whatever help might be needed. New Customers:
If this is your first order with us, prepayment is required. We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit Card (Visa|MasterCard|American Express)
Please note that pre-payment with a credit card or other immediate form of payment will expedite the processing and shipment of your first order. There will be a $30 charge for returned checks. Your credit card will be charged for the amount of order plus freight charges when your order is shipped.
The minimum amount for your first order is $300.00. Any subsequent orders after your initial order will require a minimum amount of $75.00.
General Terms:
We ship FedEx Ground, UPS and USPS. FOB prices are contingent on current postal rates and are subject to change without notice. All orders are shipped freight prepaid from Dekorasyon Gifts and Décor, Lynnwood, WA. The cost of shipping your order will be added to and included in the total amount of the invoice.
Dekorasyon Gifts and Décor extends Net 30 Terms for repeat customers with established, approved credit. In order to be eligible for Net 30 Terms, your business must have been established and active for at least one year. Retailers who have not been in business for one year will have a waiting period of one year or longer before Net 30 Terms are extended.
Ocean Freight Surcharge:
Due to continued challenges within the global supply chain and a significant increased cost of ocean freight, a 3% ocean freight surcharge will be applied to all orders effective June 15, 2022.
Past Due Payments:
If your account becomes overdue, a 1.5% monthly finance charge will be incurred. By placing an order, you accept our terms and agree that in the event your account becomes delinquent, you will be responsible for all reasonable attorney fees necessary in the collection of the debt, plus interest at the highest legal rate. A customer’s obligations cannot be assigned or transferred without the prior acknowledgment and approval of Dekorasyon Gifts & Décor.
Cancellation Policy:
Returned items and orders that are canceled after being pulled from inventory and packaged will incur a 25% restocking charge. Customers are charged for shipping both ways in the event of a return. Unless an item was significantly not as described or damaged, all sales are considered final.
Claims:
Buy with confidence! Here at Dekorasyon Gifts and Décor, we stand behind the quality of our merchandise with a 100% guarantee! Please inspect your order upon receipt. Claims for discrepancies in your order or damaged items must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.
Please keep all original packaging material and boxes for inspection by the freight carrier, and be sure to keep any damaged merchandise in the original packaging. If you have a claim, please contact Dekorasyon Gifts and Décor for authorization before returning the merchandise.
